I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 10/02/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land in Greenville Township, State of South Carolina, and being known and designated as Lot 89A, according to plat of property of the Colonial Co. et al., made by Dalton & Neves, Engineers, September, 1925, and recorded in Plat Book G, Page 112. with reference made thereto and having the following metes and bounds, to-wit: Beginning at joint rear comer of Lots No. 89 and 89A. 90 and 90A, and running thence S 46-50 W along rear of line of Lot No. 89A, 50 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 44-02 W., 147.7 feet to an iron pin at the joint front comers of Lots No. 88A and 89A; thence N. 70- 50 E., 55 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 44-02 E.. 123.1 feet to the point of Beginning, less however any deeds out. Also: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land in Greenville Township, State of South Carolina, and being known and designated as Lot 90A, according to plat of property of the Colonial Co., et al., made by Dalton & Neves, Engineers, September, 1925, and recorded in Plat Book G, Page 112, with reference made thereto and having the following metes and bounds, to-wit: Beginning at joint rear comer of Lots No. 90 and 91, 90A and 91A, and mnning thence S. 33-50 W. along rear of line of Lot No. 90, 40 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 44-02 W., 123.8 feet to an iron pin at the joint front comers of Lots No. 89A and 90A; thence N. 70- 50 E., 51.6 feet to an iron pin; thence S 44-02 E., 95.3 feet to the point of Beginning, less however any deeds out. 2 This is the same property conveyed to Reba Bridges Ballew by Deed of Eric Fe Mansell, dated July 16, 1993 and recorded July 19,1993 in Deed Book 1523 at page 2 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County. Together with all and singular rights, members, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same belonging in any way incident or appertaining, and all of the rents, issues and profits which may arise or be had therefrom and including all heating, plumbing, and lighting fixtures now or hereafter attached connected, or fitted thereto in any manner; it being the intention of the parties hereto that all such fixtures and equipment, other than the usual household furniture, be considered a part of the real estate.TMS map: 0158000101800

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
