I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 09/05/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: THIS BEING the same property conveyed unto Curley D. Howard and Tammy L. Howard by virtue of a Deed from Harry L. Huffman and David B. Mann, dated April 8, 1996 and recorded April 18, 1996 in Book 1639 at Page 1048 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. THEREAFTER, Tammy Lynn Mullinax Howard conveyed all her interest in the subject property unto Curley Daniel Howard by virtue of a Deed dated June 21, 2002 and recorded July 8, 2002 in Book 2001 at Page 677 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. ALSO, ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying, and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, located near Pleasant Hill Church, being shown and designated as 2.00 acres on a closing survey prepared for Daniel Howard by Wolfe and Huskey, Inc., dated March 1, 1993, being recorded in Plat Book 24-0, page 3, in the R.M.C. Office for Greenville County. Reference to said plat is hereby made for a more complete legal description thereof. TOGETHER with a security interest in that certain 1998 64 X 28 Palm Harbor Mobile Home, Serial Number PH149659AB located thereon. THIS BEING the same property conveyed unto Curley Daniel Howard and Tammy Lynn Mullinax by virtue of a Deed from Sue P. Hammett, Mattie P. Edens, Rachel P. Lanford and Maurice P. Peace dated March 3, 1993, and recorded March 4, 1993 in Book 1507 at Page 401 and by virtue of a Deed from Maurice D. Peace dated December 30, 1993 and recorded January 7, 1994 in Book 1545 at Page 906 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. THEREAFTER, Tammy Lynn Mullinax Howard conveyed all her interest in the subject property unto Curley Daniel Howard by virtue of a Deed dated June 21, 2002 and recorded July 8, 2002 in Book 2001 at Page 677 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $39,300.09.

In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
