I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 07/03/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with all buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being on the eastern side of Sycamore Ridge Drive in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Lot No. 1 of Sycamore Ridge, Phase 3, as shown on a plat thereof prepared by Fant Engineering & Surveying Co., Inc., dated May 31, 2002 which is recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina in Plat Book 45-R at Page 64, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more detailed metes and bounds description thereof. Being the same property conveyed to Ricardo Crump and Lamonica Crump, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, by deed of Jean M. Bursati and John F. Brusati, dated October 25, 2007 and recorded October 30, 2007 in Deed Book 2297 at Page 1017TMS map: 0560070105000

In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
