I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 11/06/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville being shown and designated as Lot 95 on plat of Nicholtown Heights recorded in Plat Book M at Page 4 and having, according to said plat, metes and bounds as shown thereon. This being the same property conveyed to Kent Wakefield Deed from Christina Jackson dated January 2, 2002 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County on January 8, 2002 in Deed Book 1979, Page 1549. TMS map: 0201.00-12-012.00

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $52,170.36.

This property will be sold subject to any past due or accruing Property taxes, assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record and any other senior encumbrances.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 5.250.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
