W. Williams; thence running with the common line with the common line with the said G.W. Williams, N. 30-26-57 E. 70.10 feet to an iron pin in the common line with Lot 3, Bellwood Estates; thence running with the common line with said Lot 3, S. 59-30-00 E. 175.05 feet to an iron pin on the edge of Old Rutherford Road; thence running with the edge of said road, S. 16-38-12 W. 72.23 feet to an iron pin at the intersection of South Silver Lake Drive and Old Rutherford Road, the point of beginning.
