I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 05/06/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Lot No. 47 of Micheland Place, according to plat prepared by David Modny, dated 05/10/04, and recorded in Plat Book 48-V, at Page 84, in the Register of Deeds Office for Greenville County, South Carolina, reference to said plat being hereby made for a more complete metes and bounds description thereof. THIS BEING the same property conveyed unto Suzette Hickman and Kenneth Hickman by virtue of a Deed from Lonnie D. Pirkle and Jane R. Pirkle dated June 29, 2006 and recorded July 27, 2006 in Book DE 2218 at Page 691 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina.TMS map: 0593.06-01-007.00

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $190,509.26.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 2.00%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
