I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 09/05/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina situate, lying and being on the southwestern side of West Sable Court and being known and designated as Lot No. 27 on plat of Blue Mountain Park, said plat being recorded in the R.M.C. Office for Greenville County in Plat Book "EE," at Page 121 and having according to said Plat such metes and bounds as shall appear thereon by reference thereto. This being the same property conveyed to Mona Lisa Whitlock by Deed of Harold Thomas Jamison while reserving a life estate dated October 28, 1999 and recorded December 15, 1999 in Deed Book 1885 at Page 452, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. Harold Thomas Jamison passed away, thereby extinguishing his life estate in the subject property. Thereafter, Mona Lisa Whitlock conveyed an undivided one-half interest to Samuel D. Whitlock by Deed dated March 6, 2002 and recorded March 14, 2002 in Deed Book 1987 at Page 637, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $52,049.40.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
