I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 03/04/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land together with all improvements located thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot No. 200 on a plat of Sunny Slopes Subdivision, Section III, prepared by C.O. Riddle, Surveyor, dated November 11, 196, and recorded in the Register of Deeds for Greenville County in Plat Book 6-H at Page 11 and having such metes and bounds as shown thereon, reference to said plat being made for a more complete description. Being the same property conveyed to Kristen M. Woods by deed of David M. Kozic and Tonya M. Kozic, dated December 7, 2009 and recorded December 8, 2009 in Deed Book 2365 at Page 3998.TMS map: 0506100103700

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $97,151.64.

This property will be sold subject to any past due or accruing Property taxes, assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record and any other senior encumbrances.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.75%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
Additional Bidder Requirements: Should the Plaintiff, or one of its representatives, fail to be present at the time of sale, the property is automatically withdrawn from said sale and sold at the next available sales day upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale or any Supplemental Order.
Bidding will not remain open after the sale.
