I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 06/03/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL THAT CERTAIN PIECE, PARCEL OR LOT OF LAND, WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA, COUNTY OF GREENVILLE, INCLUDING ALL THOSE IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, BEING SHOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 83, STALLINGS HEIGHTS, PHASE 1, ON A PLAT THEREOF, PREPARED BY K W TOLLISON & ASSOCIATES, LLC AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE ROD FOR GREENVILLE COUNTY ON FEBRUARY 28, 2013 IN PLAT BOOK 1151 AT PAGE 45. REFERENCE TO SAID PLAT IS HEREBY MADE FOR A MORE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF METES AND BOUNDS THEREOF. This property will be sold subject to any past due or accruing Property taxes, assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record and any other senior encumbrances.

This property will be sold subject to the following mortgage(s)/ senior encumbrances: None

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.75%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.

Additional Terms of sale: In the event an agent of Plaintiff does not appear at the time of sale, the within property shall be withdrawn from sale and sold at the next available sales date upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale or such terms as may be set forth in a supplemental order.
