DATED JUNE 28, 1999, RECORDED JULY 1, 1999 IN PLAT BOOK 40-J AT PAGE 13, IN THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE FOR GREENVILLE COUNTY, AND BEING MORE RECENTLY SHOWN ON A PLAT PREPARED FOR CARLOS SANCHEZ, PREPARED BY FANT ENGINEERING & SURVEYING CO., INC., DATED FEBRUARY 21, 2002 AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS FOR GREENVILLE COUNTY IN PLAT BOOK 45-F AT PAGE 87. SAID PLAT BEING INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE FOR A COMPLETE METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. THIS BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO KENT FISHER BY DEED OF CHACY FISHER F/K/A CHACY M. HOOVER DATED AUGUST 30, 2017 AND RECORDED SEPTEMBER 8, 2017 IN BOOK 2520 AT PAGE 5844 IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS FOR GREENVILLE COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA. THEREAFTER, KENT FISHER CONVEYED SAID PROPERTY TO KENT T. FISHER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE KENT T. FISHER REVOCABLE TRUST, U/A DATED FEBRUARY 27, 2018, BY DEED DATED FEBRUARY 27, 2018 AND RECORDED MARCH 7, 2018 IN BOOK 2533 AT PAGE 2251 IN SAID RECORDS.TMS map: 0537050201607

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $123,383.23.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 5.125%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.

Additional Terms of sale: In the event an agent of Plaintiff does not appear at the time of sale, the within property shall be withdrawn from sale and sold at the next available sales date upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale or such terms as may be set forth in a supplemental order.
