I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 07/03/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, lying and being on the northern side of Welcome Road, known and designated as Lot 23, Block 1, as shown on plat of the Property of J.M. Fortner, dated March, 1927, and recorded in the ROD Office for Greenville County in Plat Book G, Page 129, and having according to a more recent plat and survey of said property by R.B. Bruce, RLS, 1952, dated May 17, 1966, the following metes and bounds, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the northern side of Welcome Road, joint corner of Lots 22 and 23, 56.3 feet from the intersection of Harvard Street; thence with Welcome Road N 56-37 W 47.6 feet to an iron pin, joint front corner of Lots 23 and 24; thence with the line of Lot 24 N 54-55 E 147.1 feet to an iron pin, joint rear corner of Lots 24 and 23; thence with the Lin of Lot 21 S 32-31 E 48.5 feet to an iron pin, joint rear corner of Lots 23 and 22; thence with the line of Lots 22 S 56-30 W 128.3 feet to the point of beginning.TMS map: 0249000200500

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
