I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 04/06/2026 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land, situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as 4 acres, more or less, on a plat entitled 'Property Survey for Debra C. Sims', prepared by Romo Land Surveys, RLS dated November 6, 1993, recorded in Plat Book 27C at Page 34. Reference being made to said plat for a more complete description. Being the same property conveyed unto Debra C. Sims by deed from Cornelia F. Chasteen, dated November 12, 1993 and recorded February 15, 1994 in Deed Book 1550 at Page 609 in the ROD Office for Greenville County, South Carolina.TMS map: 0530040101802

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $64,913.11.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 12.79.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
