I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 12/04/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, lying, situate and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Lot 11 of Country Chase, as shown on plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 49-Z at Page 21 and having, according to said plat, metes and bounds as shown thereon. This being the same property conveyed to Shane C. Norman and Elsa Norman by Deed from NovaStar Mortgage, Inc. dated April 22, 2008 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County on April 30, 2008 in Deed Book DE 2322, Page 1451. TMS map: 0360010110400

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.500%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
