I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 09/05/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, Greenville Township, on the western side of Dargan Avenue, being known and designated as Lot No. 4 of the property of Talmer Cordell and James H Campbell according to a plat thereof prepared by C.C. Jones, Engineering, in October 1950, revised and replatted by Dalton and Neves, March, 1951 and recorded in the RMC Office for Greenville County in Plat Book Z, at Page 175. Reference is craved to said plat for a more accurate metes and bounds description. This being the same property conveyed to Lewis B. Dover by Deed of Rebecca M. Trammell dated November 21, 2011 and recorded November 21, 2011 in Book DE 2397 at Page 673, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina TMS map: 0249.00-02-033.00

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $52,837.20.

This property will be sold subject to any past due or accruing Property taxes, assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record and any other senior encumbrances.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 4.250%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
