I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 08/07/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that piece, parcel or lot of land situate. lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being known and designated as Lot No. 8 of a subdivision known as Clark Manor as shown on plat thereof being recorded in the RMC Office for Greenville County in Plat Book 6-H at Page 61 and having such metes and bounds as appears thereon. Said lot contains 7.22 acres, more or less. This being the same property conveyed to Edward G. Fenton and Deborah A. Fenton by deed of Clark Manor, Inc. dated December 19, 1986 and recorded on December 22, 1986 in Book 1284 at Page 37 in the Office of the Clerk of Court/Register of Deeds for Greenville County. Thereafter, Edward G. Fenton and Deborah A. Fenton conveyed the subject property to Edward G. Fenton by deed dated October 8, 2015 and recorded October 22, 2015 in Book 2475 at Page 3584. The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.75%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
