I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 09/05/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, shown as Lot 65 on a plat entitled, "Final Plat of Fairview Chase Subdivision", dated November 20, 2005 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina in Plat Book 50-R at Page 61 and being more specifically shown on a survey prepared for Ralph Patton, prepared by Thomas P. Dowling, dated August 12, 211 and recorded in Plat Book 1124 at Page 90. Reference to a latter plat is hereby made for a more complete metes and bounds description thereof. This being the same property conveyed to Ralph Patton by deed of Gerald Keith dated August 26, 2011 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina in Book 2393 at Page 1607.TMS map: 0566120106500

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $235,310.75.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 4.25%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
