I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 10/02/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, located on Jenkins View Court, being shown and designated as Lot 25, containing 1.00 acres, more or less, on a plat for Walden Woods, dated January 29, 1994, prepared by T.H. Walker, Jr., Surveyor, recorded in the R.O.D. Office for Greenville County in Plat Book 26-V at Page 95; reference is hereby made to said plat for a more detailed metes and bounds description thereof. This being the same property conveyed to Richard A. Burnett by Deed of Ron Bishop dated December 6, 2006 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County on December 7, 2006 in Deed Book 2240, Page 1630. The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 4.250%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
