CHIPLEY AND DEMARIS R. ROSS, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK E AT PAGE 255B, AND HAVING SUCH COURSES AND DISTANCES AS WILL APPEAR BY REFERENCE TO SAID PLAT. THIS BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO HENRY KNIGHT BY DEED OF TOMMY B. HANCE DATED AUGUST 30, 1995, AND RECORDED SEPTEMBER 5, 1995, IN BOOK 1621 AT PAGE 849 IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS FOR GREENVILLE COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
