Said lot has the following metes and bounds: Beginning at corner of Lot 9 on Pine Street and thence with West side of Pine Street N. 38-15 E. 20 feet to a pin and N. 36-20 E. 80 feet to corner of Lot 7 on said street; thence with Lot 7 N. 53-40 W. 227 feet to branch; thence with the branch as a line approximately 100 feet to the corner of Lot 9 at the said branch; thence with Lot 9 S. 53-46 E. 231 feet to the beginning corner. Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
