I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 09/05/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being on the northeastern side of Merlocke Drive and being known and designated as Lot No. 4 on a plat of property of Jean L. Brooks recorded in the RMC Office for Greenville County, SC in Plat Book Q at Page 47, Said lot fronts 60 feet on the northeasternside of Merlocke Drive and runs back in parallel lines to a depth of 157 feet and is 60 feet across the rear. THIS BEING the same property conveyed unto James Jenkins by virtue of a Deed from Charles Pendergrass dated November 20, 2000 and recorded November 30, 2000 in Book 1933 at Page 1900 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. TMS map: 0198.00-05-053.00

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
