I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 09/05/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land, together with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot 57 on a plat of River Mist, Phase IIB, prepared by Wooten Surveying Co. dated May 31, 2002, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County in Plat/Record Book 45-R at page 36 as revised in Book 46-M at page 51. Being more particularly shown and delineated on a plat prepared for Francy Ramirez by Wooten Surveying Co. dated April 21, 2004 and recorded in Plat/Record Book 68 at page 82. Reference to said latter plat is made for a more complete and accurate description. THIS BEING the same property conveyed unto Ronald L. Brill and Erica E. Brill, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, by virtue of a Deed from Francy Ramirez dated December 4, 2019 and recorded December 6, 2019 in Book DE 2582 at Page 2662 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County. The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 4.25%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
