I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 07/07/2025 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being known and designated as Lot 85 on a plat of Reedy Falls, Phase III, Sec II, dated April 20, 2007, recorded in the Register of Deeds Office for Greenville County in Plat Book 1025 at Page 23, and as more specifically shown on a survey prepared for Mario F. Drummond prepared by Eastover Surveying dated July 5, 2007 and recorded in the Register of Deeds Office for Greenville County, South Carolina in Plat Book 63 at Page 54. Reference is hereby made to the most recent survey for a more complete and accurate metes and bounds description thereof. This being the same property conveyed to Bridget V. Johnson by Deed of Mario F. Drummond dated September 13, 2019 and recorded September 17, 2019 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County in Book 2575 at page 5517.TMS map: 0584-06-01-188.00

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.75%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
