I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 02/05/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on the North side of Sellwood Circle, in the Town of Simpsonville, Austin Township, Greenville County, South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot 219 on a plat of Westwood, Section No. 3, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County in Plat Book 4-N at Page 30, said plat being incorporated herein by reference for a complete metes and bounds description of the subject property. This being the same property conveyed to Allen Posey by deed of Lindsay E. Joens aka Lindsey E. Joens, dated August 15, 2018 and recorded August 16th, 2018 in Book 2545 at Page 2316, ROD Office for Greenville County, South Carolina.TMS map: 0574.08-01-040.00

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.125%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
