I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 05/06/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that piece, parcel, or lot of land, with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot 802 on Plat of Survey of Ivybrooke, Phase VIII, prepared by Wooten Surveying Co., dated March 5, 2001, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County in Plat Book 43-P, Page 30, also shown on a plat of Closing Survey for George O'Neal dated July 19, 2001, prepared by Wooten Surveying Co., recorded in Plat Book 44-K, Page 64, said latter plat of survey being craved for a complete metes and bounds description. Together with a perpetual non exclusive right of ingress and egress across such private roads and common areas as are shown or noted on said plat as part of Phase VIII of Ivybrooke in order to provide the owner of said lot, his successors, assigns, families, guests, invitees, tenants or lessees with a mean of ingress and egress from said lot to Garlington Road. Being the same property conveyed unto George C. O'Neal by deed from Poinsett Homes, LLC, dated July 31, 2001 and recorded August 1, 2001 in 1962 at Page 153 and by deed from Poinsett Development, LLC and Poinsett Homes, LLC unto George O'Neal, dated June 28, 2002 and recorded July 22, 2002 in Deed Book 2002 at Page 1493 in the ROD Office for Greenville County, South Carolina.TMS map: 0533260112600

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 5.5%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
