I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 08/07/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that parcel of land in Greenville County, State of South Carolina, being known and designated as Lot Number 7, Summer Wood, as shown in Plat Book 48-I at page 23, and recorded May 13, 2004, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County. Said plat is craved for a more complete description of metes and bounds, courses and distances, and is incorporated herein, by reference thereto. This being the same property conveyed to Kenneth L. Penno and Patricia A. Penno by deed of Peter G. Mueller and Anna K. Mueller dated April 21, 2009 and recorded April 22, 2009 in Book DE2356 at page 312 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina.
