I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 07/03/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain parcel of land situated in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being known and designated as Lot No. 68 on plat of Section I, Westminster Village, dated April 15, 1976, prepared by Heaner Engr. Co., Inc., recorded in the RMC Office for Greenville County in Plat Book 5-P at Page 40, reference to said plat being made for a more complete metes and bounds description hereof. This being the same property conveyed to Lawrence J. Paradis and Carole A. Paradis by deed of Jackie R. Tucker, dated November 20, 1985 and recorded December 12, 1985 in Book 1255 at Page 233 in the Register of Deeds Office for Greenville County. Subsequently, Carole A. Paradis conveyed her interest in the property to Lawrence J. Paradis by deed dated April 6, 1989 and recorded April 26, 1989 in Book 1360 at Page 83. Subsequently, Lawrence J. Paradis conveyed an undivided one-half interest in the property to Dorothy L. Paradis by deed dated September 25, 1996 and recorded October 2, 1996 in Book 1654 at Page 405. Subsequently, Lawrence J. Paradis and Dorothy L. Paradis conveyed the property to Lawrence J. Paradis by deed dated July 9, 2007 and recorded July 25, 2007 in Book 2280 at Page 1686. Subsequently, Lawrence J. Paradis conveyed the subject property to Dorothy Paradis for and during the term of her natural life, with the remainder in fee simple to Lawrence J. Paradis by deed dated December 30, 2008 and recorded December 30, 2008 in Book 2351 at Page 1139. Subsequently, Dorothy L. Paradis died on February 7, 2017 with the property reverting to Lawrence J. Paradis in fee simple. Subsequently, Lawrence J. Paradis conveyed the subject property to Lawrence J. Paradis, Kimberly Paradis and Bruce Paradis as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common by deed dated December 7, 2017 and recorded December 12, 2017 in Book 2527 at Page 4069.TMS map: 0540030109200

In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
