CAMPBELL, DATED AUGUST 28,1959, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK QQ AT PAGE 83, REFERENCE TO WHICH IS HEREBY CRAVED FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION. THIS BEING THE SAME LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND WHICH BY A DEED DATED JULY 31, 1991 AND RECORDED JULY 31, 1991 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF GREENVILLE COUNTY STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA, IN BOOK 1445, PAGE 673 WAS GRANTED AND CONVEYED BY AND BETWEEN GERALD K.
