B. Bruce, Reg. L.S., dated August 2,1963 and recorded in the Register of Deeds Office for Greenville County, South Carolina, in Plat Book DDD at Page 160, reference to which is hereby craved. Said lot faces a turnabout of Belle Court for a Frontage of 111.4 feet and runs back with a depth of 189.5 feet. THIS BEING the same property conveyed unto Fuller and Fuller Enterprises, LLC by virtue of a Quit Claim Deed from Marvene Brown Sims dated August 16, 2018 and recorded August 17, 2018 in Book DE 2545 at Page 2954 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. 0385.00-02-046.00 (Lot 11) 16 Belle Court Greenville, SC 29605 ALSO: ALL THAT piece, parcel or lot of land with the improvements thereon in Gantt Township, Greenville County, State of South Carolina, on the southeast side of Terry Court, known and designated as Lot No. 9 on Plat of Rosemond Heights, recorded in R.M.C. Office for Greenville County in Plat Book T page 473, the metes and bounds thereof are incorporated by reference herewith. The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 15.500%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
