I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 03/04/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being on the easterly side of N. Moore Road, and being shown and designated as Lots on a survey entitled Brookfield Gardens, dated July 22, 2015, prepared by 3D Land Surveying, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, SC on September 24, 2015 in Plat Book 1218 at Page 58, reference to said survey being hereby made for a more complete metes and bounds description thereof. This being the same property conveyed to Carl W. Brock and Pamela E. Brock by Deed of Dan Ryan Builders South Carolina, LLC, dated December 28, 2016 and recorded December 29, 2016 in Deed Book 2503 at Page 1916 in the Register of Deeds Office for Greenville County, South Carolina.TMS map: 0574.35-01-005.00

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $279,324.09.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.75%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
