I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 08/07/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, and located at The intersection of the southeast side of Mills Avenue and the southwest side of Edgewood Drive, as shown on a plat prepared by Jeffery M. Plumbee, R.L.S. dated September 23, 1981, and recorded in the Register of Deeds Office for Greenville County, South Carolina in plat book 8-V at page 78; reference to which is hereby made for a more complete metes and bounds and courses and distances description. This being the same property conveyed to JAH & Son, LLC by deed dated 12/31/97 and recorded in the Register of Deeds Office of Greenville County, SC, in Deed Book 1736, Page 358. TMS map: 0105.00-04-001.00

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
