I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 11/06/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being known and designated as Lot No. 15 of Garrison Pines, prepared by Wooten Surveying Co. dated December 1, 1998 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, SC in Plat Book 39-G at Page 40. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more complete metes and bounds description thereof. This being the same property conveyed to Quentin Flemmings and Tiffany Parker, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship, by deed of India N. Huff, dated August 22, 2012 and recorded August 28, 2012 in Book DE 2411 at Page 466 in the Register of Deed`s Office for Greenville County.TMS map: 0585.02-01-003.20

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $170,520.51.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.750%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
