C. Jones, Civil Engineer, dated September 1964, and which plat has been recorded in the RMC office for said County in Plat Book GGG, Page 188. BEING the same property conveyed to Kyle James Wood from James Thomas Wood, by Quitclaim Deed dated August 23, 2012, and recorded on August 23, 2012, in Book 2410, Page 4595, as Document No. 2012068152, among the Land Records of Greenville County, South Carolina. ALSO BEING the same property conveyed to James Thomas Wood from Kyle James Wood, by Quitclaim Deed dated August 23, 2012, and recorded on August 23, 2012, in Book 2410, Page 4593, as Document No. 2012068151, among the Land Records of Greenville County, South Carolina. ALSO BEING the same property conveyed to James Thomas Wood and James Thomas Wood as Guardian for Kyle Wood from Joyce Elizabeth Wood, by Deed of Distribution dated January 18, 2008, and recorded on January 18, 2008, in Book 2309, Page 854, as Document No. 2008005812, among the Land Records of Greenville County, South Carolina. The above Deed of Distribution is Re-recorded in Book 2327, Page 1229, and recorded on June 9, 2008 to correct the Grantees name. AND ALSO BEING the same property conveyed to James T. Wood and Joyce E. Wood from Elmer S. Wilson, by Deed dated March 01, 1972, and recorded on March 01, 1972, in Book 937, Page 333, among the Land Records of Greenville County, South Carolina.TMS map: 005000209400

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 8.44%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
