I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 08/05/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL THAT piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, and being more particularly described as Lot 9, Section 1, of Hendricks Place Subdivision, as shown on a Plat recorded in the RMC Office for Greenville County in Plat Book 29-Y at Page 24 and reference is made to said plat for a more particular metes and bounds description. SUBJECT to Right of Way recorded in Book 1614 at Page 1805 in the Greenville County Register of Deeds Office. SUBJECT of Right-of-Way Easement recorded in Book 1424 at Page 393 in the Greenville County Register of Deeds Office. TOGETHER with a 1996 Palm Harbor Mobile Home, Serial # PH161507A&B located thereon. THIS BEING the same property conveyed unto Barbara D. Miller by virtue of a Deed from Barto Hendricks, Jr. dated February 21, 2007 and recorded February 23, 2007 in Book DE 2253 at Page 647 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina.TMS map: 0396-00-01-004-23

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $179,733.42.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 12.380%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
