I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 10/05/2026 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot No. 7, Pinckney Townes on a plat thereof prepared by Freeland and Associates, Inc., dated December 8, 2020 and recorded in Plat Book 1393 at Page 37 in the ROD Office for Greenville County, South Carolina. Reference is hereby made to said plat of record for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes and bounds, courses and distances as appear thereon. This being the same property conveyed to Green Ant, LLC by deed of LS Residential, LLC dated April 25, 2023 and recorded May 2, 2023 in Book 2687 at Page 344 in the Office of the Clerk of Court/Register of Deeds for Greenville County. TMS map: 0028.01-01-007.00

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $498,549.83.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 10.365.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
