I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 04/06/2026 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, lying near Fork Shoals Road, designated as Lot No. 74 facing Brentwood Circle and being shown on a plat entitled "Lynndale Subdivison as prepared by C. O. Riddle, RLS, dated February 1966 and recorded in Plat Book WWW at Page 4 and reference is made to said plat for a more particular metes and bounds description. This being the same property conveyed to mortgagors by deed of Jean Carson dated 7/2/94, recorded 9/9/94 in Book 1580, Page 599 in the RMC Office for Greenville County. Helen Lois Mason subsequently departed this life on December 21, 2015. This being the same property conveyed to Jackson D. Mason by Deed of Distribution of the Estate of Helen Lois Mason dated September 7, 2017 and recorded on September 8, 2017 in Book 2520, Page 5486 in the RMC Office for Greenville County. The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 7.6250%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
