I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 11/03/2025 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that lot, parcel, or piece of land, together with improvements thereon, situate, lying, and being located in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being shown and delineated as Lot 2, on that Final Plat of Jones Creek Gardens, by 3D Land Surveying, dated September 20, 2017, and last revised December 19, 2017, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County in Plat Book 1291 at Page 43. Reference to said plat(s) is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description, with all measurements being a little more or little less. This being the same property conveyed to Kenneth B. Lewis, II by deed of Johanna Diaz dated May 4, 2023 and recorded May 8, 2023 in Book 2687 at Page 3156 in the Office of the Clerk of Court/Register of Deeds for Greenville County. TMS map: G006.05-01-002.00

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 7.750%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
